CMHC (Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp) puts out a monthly newsletter. It has stats but also good info. Although it is based on Canada as a whole, it does have some relevent Toronto info. Also, the website has a plethora of other info

Toronto Real Estate Board- Public Site It's got a wealth of information relative to real estate in general, but it also has the latest stats. They publish a monthly report called Market Watch, which we realtors read as well. It can be found by clicking on the link below and then clicking on market update news and you will see Market Watch in the press releases.

Appraisal Institute of Canada -I really like this site for helping to determine how much your renovations might add to the value of your house. This is really valuable infor for buyers and especially sellers. The link takes you to the Client resources page and then click on Renova and you can work it from there

Toronto District School Board This is a good site if you want to see what school district your new house (or the house you're considering) may be in. Click on "Schools" and then "Find Your School" and you should be able to sort it out
